Single-sourced wire and wire forming tools

We have been manufacturing and machining forming tools for cold, warm and hot forming since 1963.

Our products include:

  • Initial equipment and toolsets for multistage headers
  • Production tools, tool repairs, modification and reworking, custom designs and full-service
  • Complete tools: steel shell and steel or carbide core
  • Tool components: carbide and steel inserts
  • Consumables such as:
    • deburring tools
    • ejectors
    • extrusion tools
    • dies
    • cutting tools
    • multi-segment tools
    • upsetters
    • punches
  • Auxiliary tools: draw-in rollers, handling fingers, grabs
  • Machine parts as per drawings

We can carry out tool reinforcements to customer specifications or according to our own calculations. We can supply with PVD / CVD coatings on request.

  • Lengths:up to 500 mm (turned parts: up to 1,000 mm) ((19.685”) up to 39.370”)
  • Drilling:from Ψ 1.50 mm to 200 mm (0.059” to 7.874”)
