Quality inspection from start to finish - and at all stages in between

Finishing and manual polishing takes place at 6 workstations.

• Quality assurance, including during the ongoing production process, with various test devices:
• Contracer with data connection
• Profile projector
• Hardness tester
• Manual- and optical measurement equipment

For further inspections we use the comprehensive testing facilities of the wire mill as required.
