We can turn just about anything

We use CNC machining centres with powered tool stations along with various conventional machinery. We can therefore machine practically all carbide qualities and high-strength steels up to a hardness of 68 HRC (hard turning).
Our machining range starts with the smallest production parts up to large-volume parts.

Operating range:

• Diameter: up to Ø 300 mm (11.811”)
• Length: up to 1.000 mm (39.370”)

We fulfil fully hydraulically band saw-services for regular machinable solid bars, tubes and profiles. We guarantee a cut accuracy of 0.1mm (0.004”) per 100mm (3.937”) cutting high. This service is offered for wage labour too.
