The material (on special pickling hooks) is cleaned and coated in 18 large capacity treatment baths in a fully-automated process. A PLC-controlled hook store with 25 storage areas permits an optimum treatment process. Spent media is automatically replenished as required. The result is a constant and reproducible treatment process. All possible coatings can be applied either alone or in combination in accordance with customer requirements:

• bright
• zinc phosphated
• reactive soaped
• zinc phosphate-free
• Polymer coated
